You will learn skills in cutting and design, colouring, bleaching and lightening techniques, creative hair design, customer service skills and the daily tasks required to make sure the salon runs smoothly.
Successful completion of this course will give you the skills and knowledge you need to confidently seek employment opportunities in hairdressing.
This full-time course runs for 72 weeks. You will split your training between the classroom and/or in-house hair salon or “Host” salon. All your training will be delivered through our partner boutique schools Demi International (Hairdressing Academy) on the Sunshine Coast and Cairns and Elysian on the Gold Coast.
Successful completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent.
English Language Proficiency:
Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or proof of equivalent.
